What is your turn-around time?
Our standard turn-around time is five business days from when we receive payment, though we can do rush-orders for an additional fee of $50.
How can I pay?
Customers are sent an invoice to their email address through Square. Customers may also pay over the phone.
What shipping and delivery methods do you offer?
We deliver signs to Post-a-Sign for free, which is our preferred post installation company. Deliveries to any other location costs a $25 delivery fee. Customers are welcome to pick up their signs from our office as soon as they are completed for free. We can ship anywhere in the country, and the cost is calculated based on the weight and size of the signs.
What type of artwork do you accept?
We prefer high quality PDF, SVG/vector, or Illustrator (AI) files, but we are willing to work with what you have. Our designer can recreate or design images for an additional fee.
Do you design signs?
Yes, we offer basic design services. You provide us with an idea and logo, and we will create a basic layout. We send all signs as a draft for customers to approve before print, and we will edit according to the requested changes up to two times for free. Any additional editing, changes, and work needed will require an additional design fee. We recommend using a graphic designer for creating your logos from scratch and sending us the finished version to print.
Are your inks UV protected?
We use UV-resistant ink.
What is your pricing and materials like?
Pricing varies depending on the size, amount of sign per order and material. Aluminum composite (ACM) signs are made of two thin sheets of aluminum on each side with a hard plastic core. These are the most popular and durable option. Corrugated signs are made of plastic-like cardboard and are more cost effective but can be slightly transparent in the sun.
What are grommets?
Grommets are a metal ring that goes around the holes of your sign to reinforce them so they don't get ripped out as easily in the wind. Grommets are usually only put in the top 2 holes but can be placed top and bottom if you wish. We sell grommets in pairs, and a pair costs $1.60.
Do you do rounded corners on signs?
Yes, we can do rounded corners for an extra $2 per sign. The rounded corner sizes are 3/4 inch and 1.5 inch.
What size signs do you print?
We can print up to 4ft x 8ft sized commercial signs and as small as business cards (2 inches x 3.5 inches). The most common size signs we print are riders (6x24in), real estate signs (18x24in or 24x24in) and street display signs (36x24in).
What else do you print?
In addition to commercial and real estate signs, we print quality photos, magnets, banners, stickers, and car wraps.
Do you sell A-frames?
Yes, we sell plastic sandwich board frames in black and white, as well as metal wire A-frames. The sizes range from 18x24in to 36x24in. We also make 30x24in corrugated plastic pop-up tents.
